WHAT TO EXPECT
Questions are always a good place to start.
You do not have to know exactly which service you need. A pharmacist consultation can help you discuss medication questions, review your current treatment or identify the appropriate pharmacy service to explore. Request a consultation from the comfort of home. Virtual assessments are available where appropriate, and we arrange an in-person visit when needed.
Care from the comfort of home.
Request prescription care from the comfort of home. Virtual assessments are available where appropriate; your pharmacist confirms whether virtual care is suitable or an in-person visit is needed. Initial prescribing generally requires an in-person assessment or a current professional relationship established through previous in-person care.
Use text or email to arrange care. Complete health details through the booking service or the contact method agreed with your pharmacist.
The existing consultation form offers “Medication Review” and “Ask a Pharmacist”. Appointment format, fees and availability are confirmed by the team after your request.
This checklist stays only on this page and resets when you reload.
A pharmacist assessment determines care options. Fees, availability and coverage are confirmed before service.
