WHAT TO EXPECT
Your trip is personal. Your travel care should be too.
From an all-inclusive vacation in Mexico to a month of backcountry hiking in East Asia, your health plan should fit where you are going and how you will travel. Our pharmacists review your itinerary, vaccination history and health, then assess and prescribe appropriate travel vaccines and preventive medicines to help reduce travel-related risks.
Care from the comfort of home.
Request prescription care from the comfort of home. Virtual assessments are available where appropriate; your pharmacist confirms whether virtual care is suitable or an in-person visit is needed. Initial prescribing generally requires an in-person assessment or a current professional relationship established through previous in-person care.
Use text or email to arrange care. Complete health details through the booking service or the contact method agreed with your pharmacist.
Seek travel health advice preferably at least six weeks before departure. Leaving sooner? Call or text the team promptly. No vaccine or medicine eliminates every travel risk. Consultation fees, vaccine availability, costs, insurance coverage and certification requirements are confirmed before care.
A little help with your timeline
Choose a timeframe to see how to prepare. Individual vaccine and medication recommendations require a travel health assessment.

GOOD QUESTIONS
A little more clarity.
Here are a few things to know before getting started.
All booking options →Can you help with a Mexico resort vacation?
Yes. An all-inclusive stay still deserves a personal travel health review. We consider your health, vaccination history, destination and activities, then discuss suitable vaccines, preventive medicines and practical precautions.
What if I am hiking or travelling for a month?
Share your full itinerary, including rural stays, hikes, remote areas and the time spent in each location. These details help us assess travel vaccines and prophylaxis appropriate to your trip.
When should I book?
Seek travel advice preferably at least six weeks before departure. If you leave sooner, call or text us promptly; some vaccines need multiple doses or time to take effect.
Can the consultation be virtual?
Request prescription care from the comfort of home. Virtual assessments are available where appropriate; your pharmacist confirms whether virtual care is suitable or an in-person visit is needed. Initial prescribing generally requires an in-person assessment or a current professional relationship established through previous in-person care. Vaccines are administered in person.
Can you prescribe travel medicines?
Our prescribing pharmacists can assess preventive and standby medication needs and prescribe when clinically appropriate. Prescriptions can be delivered free in Devon and Edmonton, usually within one business day once ready, pending availability; same-day delivery may be possible for earlier requests.
What does travel care cost?
The travel intake explains consultation pricing. We confirm vaccine and medication costs before care and can help you explore your insurance coverage.
