Home Health / AADL

Support with home health products, medical supplies and enquiries about Alberta Aids to Daily Living.

Bookings open the live BookMyPharmacy intake service in a new tab.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Practical help for care at home.

The right supplies can make everyday care easier. Explore our home health selection, from bathroom safety and mobility aids to compression and supportive products. Our team can help you check product suitability, current stock and AADL authorization or funding requirements. Start your enquiry online or call or text us from home.

Our in-store selection. Current stock, pricing, product suitability and AADL coverage are confirmed with the team.

Medical & personal care supplies

Ask about ostomy, catheter, incontinence and wound care products listed by the pharmacy. Stock, sizes and special orders require confirmation.

Mobility & daily living

Discuss options such as walkers, rollators, bath and toileting aids. Ask the team which products they currently carry or can source.

Compression & support

Enquire about compression stockings, orthotic products and fitting arrangements. Assessment, fitting and product suitability depend on your needs.

AADL enquiries

Ask which current vendor categories apply to your needs. Program eligibility, authorizer requirements, benefits and cost-sharing are determined through the AADL process.

Care from the comfort of home.

Start your enquiry from home. Our team can discuss next steps virtually where appropriate. Vaccinations, testing, physical assessments and fittings take place in person when needed.

Use text or email to arrange care. Complete health details through the booking service or the contact method agreed with your pharmacist.

There is no dedicated AADL form on the existing microsite. Use the consultation form, choose “Ask a Pharmacist” and describe your enquiry. An enquiry does not establish AADL eligibility or authorize funding.
